I have to say from beginning to end was very professional. They looked at my project the day after I first called them. They had a bid in two days. We agreed on a start date and they started on that date. They came every work day and always on time. They always worked and didn't mess around. They cleaned up after themselves before they left each evening. The project was finished when it was supposed to be. After the project was finished and we had paid them we noticed a small problem. They came out the next day and fixed it. You could tell they truly wanted to do the best job they could and they wanted you to be happy with it.  On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, the work was a 9. In fairness the room they had to work with was very old, out of square with a saggy floor. I can imagine it's hard to make something perfect out of something so imperfect. I think in new construction the work would be as perfect as you're ever going to find. Overall they did a great job and I will hire them for my next project.
